My gun shop says they're all going first to Cops and Departments, then they will filter out to civilians.
They have one on order for a Cop friend, who intends to say "OK that's cool but you can have it." But it has to be ordered for a cop first.
Maybe so, but I love the fact that Chris caught the 'essence' of Tam perfectly! :-)
