As usual, the folks drafting it have done so in a hurry, and there seems to be some vagueness in the language. Of course, the current Maryland gun laws are vague, too. Deliberately so, IMHO. <br /><br />In any event, there may be some constitutional challenges to anything overly restrictive (i.e., that interferes with the ruling by the U.S. District Court concerning MD's concealed carry laws under the Second Amendment).
