Woot again

SAF case in MD not dismissed.  Small victory.  Case for shall-issue, here, marches on.

Had the State succeeded in getting it dismissed we'd have been back at square one or further back.  5+ years from legal relief.

    So it's now down to 2-3 years IF everything goes right??? Sigh...

    2-3 is better than what I figured pre-Heller. 20-30.

    VA is a total x-factor. Who knows how the MD State House will flip their shiz if the law is overturned by the 4th Circuit.
