Now That's What I'm Talking About...

The carbine designed for me.

New ARish patterned .45ACP Carbine that takes 1911 mags.  Only out a month.  It's not perfect, but it may be close enough.  It can even be converted to throw brass to the left for me.  

I'm weak, WEAK I say!

    One of these that takes Glock 21 mags is next up on the purchase list.

    Change the Mag Well to take Thompson Sub Gun mags, and put on a Suppressor....

    The version I intend to get will accept my 27-round Glock 21 mags and will have a suppressor that I can use on my Glock 21 and the JRC.

    What is not perfect about it. The price point is excellent so unless it's crappy like a Hi-Point carbine I may have to buy one as well.

    If it was a regular lower AR assmbly, but that's just wishful thinking, is a feature that would be perfect.

    Gotta ask the Cooper question; "What is it for?" Seems a bit long and heavy to launch 230-grain pistol bullets.
    I have a shorter piece that takes 1911 magazines - it's a 1911.
    Given the additional money, space and weight required, wouldn't 1911 mags and ammo be a better investment?

    Setting aside the ease of hitting further out with a shoulder gun, going out to 16" can do good (though maybe not amazing) things for many .45 loads.

    I'm thinking .45 Super-level loads might have show a more impressive improvement.

    I would like to note that my .40 cal carbine is kick ass at 100 yards. There is no way I could tap a ten inch gong every time with the matching handgun.

    BTW, you can hunt with that in VA, but not a .223.

    The HiPoint Arm's Carbine in .45ACP is doing fairly well as are the newer 9x19 one's. If they just weren't so ugly I could find better to say about them.

    The JR Carbine look's a little better but I haven't any experence with one. The fact it uses's a 1911 or G21 mag is a plus in my opinion.

    Reliable drum mag or a different design to take a Thompson stick mag and this is a winner.

    I'd make my go to gun for USPSA multi-gun
