It seems like a lotta heat and no light to me, too. All sound and fury signifying nothing. The Bill, I mean. Standard chip-away at our civil rights instead of the huge slash we feared. Now if politicians that support even this small thing get punished in the elections, THAT would be something.

ReplyDeleteBy the time all the Crap Bills from the Senate get combined/amended/conferenced/etc., what gets sent to the House will be so different from what we were facing in December from Feinstein and Friends that it may never reach Obama.
Which puts us into the same place we are in today: Bad Gun Laws in the VolksRepubliks, Good ones in the Free States, and a whole lot of Court Cases stacking up.
Yep, hopefully they WILL pay at the ballot box next year.
