Washington man fires shotgun into the air to scare off threat.  Is arrested by the sheriff.  Cites The Veep in his defense.

    That could also be considered not guilty by reason of insanity. Same same.

    I HOPE this doesn't get dropped or settled. And he tries to call in Biden as a Defense Witness. That would be AWESOME!

    you might think the veep outranks some silly sheriff, but that ain't exactly true... the most powerful official in the world in this (whichevercountyyerin) county is the Sheriff.
