Dem Bones

I'm thinking of registering as a Democrat.  No, I didn't get a lobotomy...

I'm in Maryland.  It'd give me creds with the the local ruling class.  I can vote in THEIR primaries and such, since one of them is gonna win anyway.  And I can say on forums, "I'm a registered Democrat, but.... we really should open up Shall Issue in Maryland."

What do you think?

    I'm a registered democrat who also lives in the state of Maryland. I'm registered democrat because I can at lease try to pick the least of the evils I will be subjected to.

    I've been considering that here in Oregon. If I do, it'll have to be before my in-lawns move here and get registered- if they start telling stories of their crazy right wing gun nut son in law, I'll wind up with an exorcism instead of a voter id. I still think it would be a good way to subborn the Democratic party, push them towards gun rights in the primaries and try to bring them around. Infiltrate and subvert!

    Mostly just angry. But it's lots of fun when a democratic worker calls me for a donation and I dump on him/her.

You can always offend hippies in the comment section. Chances are, those will be held up as a proper example...
