So, what's to stop President Perry from rescinding the ATF regulation in January 2017?  Anyone?

    There's nothing that stops them but themselves.

    Have they EVER reversed a gun regulation without Congress changing the law?

    We never seem to get a pro-gun president. We get presidents who are merely NOT anti-gun.
