I've always loved canned corned beef

  1. Argentine Corned Beef! In corned beef hash.

    Boil up 3-4 potatoes and drain and chill for a coupla hours.
    Chop up enough onion for your tastes.
    Chop up 5-7 slices of good bacon and cook in large pan. Remove bacon when done, and cook the onion chunks till translucent.
    Take the potato out of the fridge and in a large bowl, add 1 can of corned beef and chop and blend then together, when completely mixed, add the cooked onion and bacon grease and mix in, then chop and crumble the bacon and mix in.

    Heat the mixture in a large skillet and serve hot. SOME people use catsup with the mixture. HEAVEN!
