    Hell, at ten years old the rate of false alarms should be a lot lower.

    Around here, the closest professional department near me sets up in the middle of an intersection pushily asking every car for money, with a fire truck, awning, and other stuff set up nearby. If anybody else did it, I'm sure they'd get ticketed by the cops for interfering with traffic!
