    The Israelis. They arm their teachers and other school staff. I've seen pics of grade school teachers toting an M4/M16. And you can bet the rifle is not semiautomatic.

    IIRC, the surviving terrorist of an attack on an Israeli school bus after they armed the teachers: "That's not fair!", or something similar.
