21 OTHER States attorneys petition SCOTUS to get Maryland to go from May Issue to Shall Issue? I'd like someone to explain that to me, how they have standing.

ReplyDeleteExcept that PDR-MD has a very narrow and strict definition of "good and substantial reason", and it doesn't include defense of self and others. The old county Sheriff requested a carry permit after he retired, and was denied.
