the founders so cherished property that they added an amendment to protect it. ones' property is sacred in that you worked for it. it is the fruit of your pursuit of happiness. if their life is so sacred they wouldn't jeopardize it with attempting to take your property. the va. constitution codifies property as worthy of deadly force, yet judges making "case law" deny that.
