The one I want to try is the corned beef cakes. Potatoes, flour, egg, and the bully beef, of course.
I used to make tuna cake and crab cakes (the tuna is the poor man's crab cake) because, Maryland. Mayo, bread crumbs, flaky seafood, and Old Bay.

I have finally escaped from the People's Democratic Republic of Maryland, and crossed the mountains back to the promised land.
