I never received an answer to the emails I sent to those (expletives deleted) back in January. My state senator and delegates are all from Baltimore City (even though I live in the county - gerrymandering at its best), and the former is one of the bill's co-sponsors. Not worth my time. Those wastes-of-air will vote however O'Malley tells them to vote.
