NJT with the vertical strokes in N and T as a styilized thunderbolt.
Each of the planets in the solar system is represented by a symbol, which is also used in astrology. Jupiter's can be seen here (near the photograph). The symbol by itself would be sufficient and rather classy, or you could combine it with other elements to make a sort of cartouche, e.g., "Nu (Jupiter symbol) (lightning bolt symbol)"
