Green New Deal

It would take the addition of EVERY other county's GDP to realize the new Pinko Congress-Critter's (and talented dancer's) vision of a Green New Deal?

Well, then, we have a strong military.  Let's just take the GDP of every other country.  That'd be fine, and wouldn't cost us a cent.  Revenue neutral.  Pays for itself.  Win win.
