I'll let y'all know when I start seeing folks inside stores and such with no mask.
Now I don't get out much, and it seems most of my 'out' is the gas station, work, grocery store, and doctor visits. So, grocery store will be the bellweather.
My County, officially, 'opens' up May 28th.

Idiot WV governor has decided that the mask mandate stays until we celebrate our state birthday. But over the last few days the signs have started coming down and occasionally a staff member as well as patrons goes maskless.
I suppose it might be undermining ol' Jim that a variety of local and state legislators have flat out said the mask mandate doesn't have the force of law and our police refuse to enforce it.
BR went to Walmart and felt so weird maskless that she has to send me a selfie. Her smile was magical.
