Not bad, but I'd want a High Shooting Tower for the Barrett on the Roof, and I want to know how quickly it can be shut. Oh, and I'd change all the Glass out to Bullet Proof Lexan, just like a Bank Drive-Through has. And some Solar panels, Wind Mill and Water Tower on the roof, also. That would work for me.
It's also missing the platoon of incredibly athletic, stunningly beautiful and totally loyal Amazon warrior killer chicks that I would require as my personal bodyguard.

In addition to the deployment speed of the screens, I wonder how much of a beating that rolling metal shutter could take. That's an awfully long unsupported span - you could easily get 50 zeds pounding on it at once.

Reminds me of the zombie proof condo's that one of the characters in World War Z was building after the war. Elevated living quarters with retractable steps to the ground and steel shutters for all openings.
I agree with the solar cells. It wouldn't take much to put panels on all of the surfaces that don't retract.
