I've done this and it IS remarkably easy to get a really nice loaf. I can't recommend it enough.

New Jovian Thunderbolt,
I am truly amazed. I have seen recipes for no knead bread, but figured these would turn out something less than traditional kneaded baking methods. I will have to try it.
