Just like wolfing down all the candy on Halloween night.
Or drinking a whole bottle of tequila solo.
And worse, after all that protein, you won't have to hit the toilet for a week or so.
I've so been there, too. Survived a round-trip cross-US drive on Slim Jim's, beef jerky, and bottled water. Having the empty water bottles saved on pit stops later, too.
