The Ninth Circuit has within it UCLA Law School. When my friend was attending that school, one day a professor told him after he uttered something semi-intelligent, "Mr. ____ (some things need to remain private), even a blind pig finds an acorn now and then."
Even the Ninth Circuit, the most reversed Circuit, can get something right now and then.
