Um, put. down. the razor.
Or buy those plastic safety-razor things, if you must shave. For even if you don't slash yer dam-fool neck open with the straight razor, when you go in to get stitches, you may wind up in the ding ward on a 72-hr psych hold.
I took a laxative. That fixed up the cough right away.
