[no spoilers]
Since season 4? Maybe.
And people around me in my day to day interactions are all very respectful about NOT spoiling it for folks that don't want it to be spoiled.
That said, without even trying, I have picked up the plot pretty much by osmosis and pretty much knew everything that happened of any importance in the finale in less than 24 hours. Same for the rest of the season. It just entered into my unconsiousness with no effort on my part.
I don't know what happened in Lost.
It's off how some stuff enters into the public sphere like that. And this is softcore pr0n on a premium cable channel, not like NBC or ABC with the finales of Sienfeld or MASH.
I just find it odd how this all works.
And I am long on work and low on fodder. So here.
I'm not doing so bad. The past week I've had zombies, elitism, politics, court rulings, gunsmithing, and memes. Need to add a dash of training/range work, history, hunting/survival to cover every base.

"I don't know what happened in Lost."
I think nobody does...
I watched them all. Liked it. Saw the big end coming. It was always clear. Season 2 Episode 4 at the gates of Qarth telegraphs it.
I never watched more than 5 or 10 minutes of GOT in total until the next to last week. I was in AR at my son's place and he started watching early, they showed two or three episodes before the penultimate episode. One TV in his apt so I watched. I liked it much more than I thought I would have but still did not watch the final episode. Preferred diddling around on the Internet. Maybe I will watch the reruns like with Lost (stopped watching when it became to bizarre), Seinfeld and some others. I wish they played more movies from the 30's and 40's on TV. Those I would probably watch start to finish. Oh yeah, I do wish the next seasons of Westworld and The Expanse would begin. One of these days, I'll watch all the episodes of Z Nation and Trailer Park Boys.
Read the first four books, then lost interest.
Couldn't be bothered to watch one little bit of this on the stupid tube.
(actually - I find that I turn the television on only about once every three or four weeks. It get the most use when guests staying at the house want to watch a movie.) I have too much to do and not enough time to waste sitting in front of the tube.
