Reading some Ambrose Bierce stories. Of course we saw a movie of one of his stories back in grammar school. It was done in France, I think. But there is no dialogue. An Occurence at Owl Creek Bridge. Maybe you remember it.

Thanks for posting this. I have a book from forty years ago called "The Twilight Zone Companion. There is a Twilight Zone version and a longer version made as a stand-alone film, which we saw a couple of times in Elementary School and in Junior High School (To you young'uns, that's like Middle School except in addition to having a car, HS Junior boys have to drive over to the JHS to get a ninth grade girl.
