My bro asked me what gun to get.  Huh.  He isn't the gun-getting sort.  He's stationed in California and worried about major unrest.

I said don't worry.  You can't solve your neighborhood uprising problems in California anyway.  Cuz you can't get a gun in California.  Or ammo.  So, no sweat.

Oh, I know he can.  But what a PITA.

Might not be all bad.  Say you cannot transfer without a certificate, but less about already-owning.  Same with magazines.  (he lives in California, but his license plate is Pennsylvanian, so he has that advantage.)
