If your Rt number is above one, you are getting MORE WuFlu cases. If it is below one, your cases are dropping.

Maps are only as good as the data. We know the data is wildly incorrect. At most half of all people infected actually got tested, for example.
"Cases" =/= illness =/= serious illness =/= death
