There is a reason we have a Federal Republic and not a Democracy. It's because the framers of our Constitution knew what a mob was, and instituting it as a from of national government is as disastrous as it is when an innocent is amidst mayhem seeking Jacobin Anarchists.

Well, that's not true. I see the French Revolution as the true start of modern tyranny. Yes, I said it, the FRENCH.

Anyhoo, the French Revolution didn't invent riots, but they got it refined pretty well. Regardless of HOW a riot starts though, it's a good idea to know how to extricate yourself from one
