In 1998, the Court ruled that the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act violated the Tenth Amendment. One of the rare cases the Tenth was cited by the court. It might happen. Should happen.
The 14th is a big reason why the SCOTUS is so important. BIG cases in that space...
