Crap, Busted

Range buddy backed out.  She is feeling poorly.  So instead of something tedious and boring like a range day, I am going to do something riveting and exiting!  Yard work.  The weather is nice and that lawn isn't going to cut itself.  It's not Emo.

I find it's easier not going with a range buddy. In fact, I just got back from such an expedition. Ended up talking with a nice fellow who also knew the local gun shop owners by name. And also built his AR with parts from said store.

Hmm. So no range work for you today, Jay's coming in this weekend, no range work in Pittsburgh. Good thing I have a week of cold, wet,rainy, muddy weather to look forward to that prevents me from any major lawn work. Think I'll hit the Range this week after I see Atlas Shrugged. But I really need to find an outdoor place to shoot Long Distance that won't cost me $50 in Gasoline just to get there. Oh well, we do what we can.

I am going to the range this week with a buddy from college. He use to be a bleeding heart liberal. I am slowly swinging him around to the conservative camp.
