Outlawing abortion, changing the meaning of the second amendment to mean Home Bazookas are two that come to mind, but you're being slippery here: You want the courts, not the legislature or the public, to be the vessel of ideas. The same thing cons once hated about liberals.

His interests are apparently being CENTER-right, and pro national security and maybe small gummint. But the important bits is being pro-abortion and anti-Second, and he no longer feels the need to even make noise that he isn't. Okay. This is what we call a metrocon. Except not so much con. Just awful.
