Amazing. It brought tears to my eyes.
Why is it that I feel more affinity for the US of old (as represented by the Bill of Rights and the Constitution) than I do for my own country of today, England with its pox of a socialist government and tyranical law-makers?
Never fear, I am trying to make change in my own country. I want to be proud of her once again. I am making change through contact with my MP and at the ballot box. It may take a few generations, but I think its worth the fight.
