August 4th was O'bumbler's birthday, which the newsreporters showed him golfing, arriving at Andrews AFB about 0900 for six hours of golf, then to Camp David for the night, when this photo was supposedly taken. However... the EXIF data in the photo shows conflicting info, depending on where you download the photo from. All show the photo taken on Aug 4, but some show at 12:00:00 GMT. The official Flickr page shows the photo taken at 19:19:21, but the photo was not converted from the Canon camera image file type until 2013:01:31 at 12:57:42.

Seriously, with that hold, that stance, and a barrel that is obvioulsy more than a .410, there is no way this shows him riding recoil this late into the shot (shot cup has exited the muzzle, or you wouldn't see smoke).
