Holy Crap, there is one. In Asia. Yeah, I don't see how that works what with the heating element you'd need. My guess is it doesn't heat the air, just moves it. It is a rechargeable 'fan' with a nozzle.

If it were to use something like a dewalt 18v pack it might be possible to make a workable version. Though not the most powerful
It would be awesome for improving upper body strength as a side benefit. And be pretty hard to electrocute yourself with it.
