That's awesome. I'm a garlic whacker (with the flat of the knife) but that isn't helpful when you need whole cloves for things like thinly sliced garlic. I like it.
By the end of the month I will need to peel three heads of garlic. I am going to do it that way, and I'll have an after-action report, too.
