They learned math from Stalin. Or that guy from school who was always bad at math but showed up at the 10 year reunion being driven in a Rolls-Royce Limo with a driver and an aide. He bought a box company and it costs him one dollar to make and sell a box, and he gets six dollars for each of them. As he said, he manages to live very comfortably on 5%.
