There was a clever mnemonic someone came up with a few months ago for the 4 Rules of Gun Safety. Or maybe it was an acronym... It was clever and simple and one I was gonna use it on new shooters. It was so good there was no way to forget it.
I forgot it.
Anyone got any clever 4-Rule mnemonic? Sumthin clever?

L.M.F.T.
That is the acronym I remember.
Loaded, Muzzle, Finger, Target.
The mnemonic could be 'interesting' if one has a vulgar mind. -- I've worked out 3 variations already, none fit for print.
THAT's it!!!
Lucky (Strike) Means Fine Tobacco.
The mnemonic included the S, since the Lucky Strike box says "L.S./M.F.T."

"LOADED, STUPID! Muzzle. Finger. Target."
Ignoring the request for a mnemonic, I note in passing that my use of "Keep your booger-hook off the bang-switch until ready for a loud noise" for Rule 3 kept my kids laughing out loud for the entire drive to the range.
