i'm going to wait and see for a bit. once the first group gets their permits, then i'll apply...so yeah, probably somewhen like September.
What are carry laws like if you have a permit?
I know most restrictive may issue states have pretty liberal carry laws because they don't want to inconvenience the connected folks that have a license.
Keep us posted. I'm in my usual full cynic mode and anticipate full bureaucratic foot dragging. Forgive me but I've seen too much of Maryland politics to expect them to actually, you know, comply with the law.
