Toast two slices of the bread of your choice. Spread mustard on one to taste. Add two slices of ham, a slice of Swiss (or other lightly flavored) cheese, then two slices of turkey. Spread butter or mayo on the top slice of bread, or leave it plain. Bake in the oven at 350 for 8 minutes, flipping after 5 or 6. Cut in half or quarters so the center doesn't steam itself soggy.
