not insurmountable -- prices on ribeye steaks, so I bought a couple of
small ones....

you hit the number because your writing isn't vitrolic "from my dead-hand" pandering, nor hate-filled, poorly spelled and composed ignorance. You have an opinion, you have an interest, you write well about them from a layman's point of view. It is greatly appreciated.
