It's time for a change except Wayne does think he needs to be think part that goes. Wayne will have to be forced out. He will not go quietly.
Nothing much matters in these elections, as Wayne runs everything, and he's never on the ballot.
I mail their beg letters back with a note that when Wayne resigns I will rethink my policy of no more donations.
