This Newfoundland lady has a channel where she makes real stick-to-the-ribs dishes.
The one I want to try is the corned beef cakes. Potatoes, flour, egg, and the bully beef, of course.
I used to make tuna cake and crab cakes (the tuna is the poor man's crab cake) because, Maryland. Mayo, bread crumbs, flaky seafood, and Old Bay.
Shout out to Rx. I know she like to play with corned beef in the kitchen.
Ouch.

Something had my back all jacked up last night. I didn't get a lot of
really good sleep.

I have finally escaped from the People's Democratic Republic of Maryland, and crossed the mountains back to the promised land.
In 18 years there, I never acquired a taste for Old Bay. But my kids did.
