One of the things I will always treasure was the opportunity to parade with, and then drink beer with, the veterans of the WWII unit I portray as a reenactor.
I do regret not being able to make the trip a year earlier, when the last CO actually inspected the reenactors prior to the parade.
Yep, and the revisionists are about to take over...
