I don't normally go in for these petition things.  But adding gunsmiffing to the International Traffic in Arm Regulation schemes is just gun banning by pieces parts.  Attacking the shooting culture by regulating it to death.

It's ridiculous.

And if gunsmithing without Federal permission is gonna make me a notorious gun runner, well... call me Viktor Bout.

I wanted to get the word out.


Oh, and my gunsmith had no opinion.
