Yeah, this can't be true.  Going full Bond Villain to execute a prisoner in North Korea with piranhas?  I'm calling BS.

He's executed others in the past via exotic methods - - tied across the muzzle of an anti-aircraft gun, for example, or poisoned via contact nerve agent - - USA Today story.
