Uh, as much as I detest the Sullivan Act, I believe it had many precedents in local ordinances in prior decades. Remember, the Shoot Out at the O.K Corral was an attempt to disarm the Clantons and the McLaury's for Political Power.
The Irony is that the Sullivan Act is just a local City Ordinance, well down the ladder from Constitution. But something tells me that it'll be going to SCOTUS in a few years, and be declared Null and Void.
It's been my experience that hypocrisy is common among the "liberal".
