Feel better sooner than later.
That's why Revolvers are MY Weapon of Choice when I get sick. No need for fiddlin' with Safeties, Magazines, etc.
Actually I've found that shooting .45 ACP in a high wall lane booth produces a pressure wave that works the sinuses and gets them draining. That is if you're strong enough to go to the range in the first place.
