Another positive burb in the Metrocon NRO talking about Connecticut's scheme to confiscate magazine that hold mroe than 10 rounds..

Perhaps there's a clause in this legislation that requires said magazines to be empty when turned in ... might's well lock the slide back when the folks come to confiscate. "Warning, this ammunition will leave my posession at 850 feet-per-second"
