SAF case in MD not dismissed. Small victory. Case for shall-issue, here, marches on.
Had the State succeeded in getting it dismissed we'd have been back at square one or further back. 5+ years from legal relief.

Excellent. What is the chances of reciprocation with VA?! Life would be so much simpler!
VA is a total x-factor. Who knows how the MD State House will flip their shiz if the law is overturned by the 4th Circuit.
