This is very COOL. I hope the few other states that are restrictive will follow suit.
I like watching the may issue map color in over time. Next up is New Jersey, Delaware, and NY, if it keeps marching northeast...
It will take a while yet, as I believe Maryland will appeal, but this bodes well for the good guys.
It's the rule now, unless the state can get an emergency stay from the 4th Circuit.
